  • How do I purchase tickets for the 1-way transfer and bundled transfers?
    You can purchase the 1-way transfer onboard the bus with our bus captain. We only accept credit card payment.
  • Can I get a refund or reschedule if I am late for my booking?
    No, as the booking is for specific date and time. There will be no refunds or rescheduling for late comers and no-shows.
  • When do I have to reach the stops for my journey to the parks?
    Please arrived at the designated stop 10 minutes prior to the departure time stated
  • Can I buy the transfer ticket only if I have already purchased the admission tickets to the parks?
    Yes, you can purchase the transfer ticket only and it is available for purchase onboard the bus with our bus captain.
  • Can I choose seats on the bus ride to the parks?
    No, you can't as the seats are filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • How do I purchase the return ticket from the parks to the city?
    You can purchase the return transfer ticket onboard the bus with our bus captain.
  • How long can I stay in the parks?
    You are free to stay as long as you want. If you intend to take our transfer out from the parks, please be reminded to arrive at the designated stop 10 minutes prior to the departure time stated
  • Accessibility
    The Mandai transfer is not wheelchair and strollers accessible.
  • What is the opening hours for Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Bird Paradise and Night Safari?
    Singapore Zoo - Daily opening hours: 8:30am - 6:30pm (last entry at 5:00pm) River Wonders - Daily opening hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm (last entry at 6:00pm) Bird Paradise - Daily opening hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (last entry at 5:00pm) Night Safari - Daily opening hours: 7.15pm - 12am (last entry at 11.15pm)
